Great location, reasonably comfortable and equipped room lacking a few items. Overall good.

It was clean and well located and easy to park nearby

I think we should be provided with beach towels, 2 hand towels, a change of towels after 2 days and a tea towel. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

A pleasant accomodation

Apartment was clean, with a nice view to the beach and also closr to it (50m walk). On the beach they had a bar/restaurant and seats with umbrellas, and more restaurants nearby which was nice. Aparment had all the needed facilities, staff was nice and overall was a pleasant experience.

We did not had a parking spot, but you can find easily near the reception. Value for money wasn’t so great, but we need to take in consideration that was in the season.

Perfect location but take ear plugs paper thin walls

So close to the beautiful beach and restaurants, friendly attentive staff

Basic kitchen , couldn’t cook a dinner with only 1 small pot and frying pan . Not enough kitchen equipment Very noisy on the street and no sound proofing at all .

Cleaners only come every 5 days and as we were staying for 4 nights we did not have linen or towels changed at all which is not great when you have been to the beach and wearing suncream all day. Pool did not open until 10am

Nice stay, but we expected something else by those pictures

it was a very nice stay, close to the beach and supermarket. The room was overall clean and the sheets were nice. The kitchen was provided with all dishes needed and also stuff to clean and wash the dishes wich was nice. All in all we would come again but make sure to get a nicer room with more view, cause it was quite pricey for what you get. It is more an apartment as a Hotel, we thought it would be more hotel like.

on the pictures it looked all huge and the pool area looked nice and all that and in real the room was tiny, no view and the pool didnt look any like on the pictures, cause it was surrounded by a fence and had opening times. We also thought we would have a nice view and a bigger room, cause the pictures looked quite different. but then we were on the first floor with no view, looking into other buildings. It got really loud in the mornings, the door pops open by wind if you dont lock it from inside and all in all it was not much like on the pictures. The table on the terasse was so shaky and instable, it was hard to eat on it. It would also be nice to get fresh towels and roomservice more frequent and not only all 5 days. since it is more an apartment then a hotel, it would also be nice to at least provide oil, salt and pepper, so not every new person needs to by it for their stay.

Great location, very comfy, could be cleaner.

Comfy beds, kind staff, fantastic location, nice apartment, fully equipped kitchen.

Fairly clean but as soon as we arrived, we walked barefoot and our feet got super dirty so floors are only clean to the naked eye. Towels and bedsheets are only changed every 5 nights we were told, too long. We were told we had to take our own trash out and recycle but there was only one bin and one bag so we weren’t given the tools for the mandatory waste-sorting.

Perfect modern and clean place with pool next to Cala Marcal.

Very close to the beach and some nice restaurants! Very nice modern rooms. Very clean. Lovely kitchen and equipment even cleaning products were included. Very specious. Fantastic staff. I was there for 2nd time. Perfect for families with children. Lovely pool. I will come again.

There was a little bit of mold in the bedroom. But I understand how hard it us in that climate to avoid that.

Very lovely

The location was perfect. Smaller apartment but just enough for what we needed. All the staff were really nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

I would appreciate the cleaning service more often (it was every 5 days) but I understand it was off season and they are not a hotel but apartments. We missed a knife in our little kitchen but asked for it and they provided us with one right away. We cooked quite a lot so maybe a chopping board would be nice too.

Great stay

Nice, clean room. Location was great - the beach was 100m, supermarket was next door, plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 min walk. Never had a problem with finding parking space on the street. Our studio was in apartment building across the street from the main hotel complex. They changed linen and towels and cleaned room after 4th night.

I wish the view from our balcony was better - just a inside courtyard of apartment building. Cutting board and kitchen towel would also have been helpful in the kitchen.

Really nice

I am very grateful for having been given an easy access room as it was requested by me. The studio was spacious and was well equipped. Clima and wifi worked very well. The area between the rooms and the reception and the street was green and full of beautiful trees and bushes. There wasn't a problem with parking in the hotel area or in front of it. The pool and the resting area around it were nice. The hotel had a great location - just a few minutes (by stairs) to the town beach and even less to the grocery store and restaurants. The staff was really kind and helpful. The whole hotel area was quiet.

The room wasn't very practically arranged - there wasn't much storing space for our clothes, the kitchen cupboards were arranged in a chaotic way and the kitchen equipment was stored under the tv. Since the studio was cleaned only once during our 8-night-long stay, I expected to have it cleaned really well but all that was done was that the bed sheets and the towels got changed and only one out of the three trash bins got emptied. We weren't given any spare trash bags or a kitchen towel and also the bathroom wasn't well ventilated, so there was mold growing in the shower when we arrived and it kept expanding during our stay. We could hear our neighbors from the upstairs talk and watch tv.

Very Good

The location is great, a comfortable bed, all kitchens tools were functioning perfect, they left us a kit to clean the dishes and pods for a dishwasher, which is super good. Air conditioner was very helpful , nice beach 2 minute walking.

The smell from a shower, seems the sifón was not ok. We got reformed studio, but the reform was not done for 100%, we got dirty and old walls. I wish towels could be changed at least every 2-3 day’s. (For now they are doing it every 4 days)

The location and view were really good. The staff was really nice.

The apartment was really big and spacious, the decoration looks good, the room/bed is confortable. Great location. Good valeu for the money on our opinion.

It could have been a bit more clean, especially the kitchen area. I think they might been having a problem with ants because there were several in the kitchen and it got worse on the second day. Not sure if related, but we were asked to clean the kitchen and take all the garbages out at check-out, which is not a big deal, but seems a bit... unecessary to ask of the costumer?
